Currently the team consists of Bart Klein (Amsterdam, 1963), qualified Dutch (1993) and European (1995) patent attorney. Since January 1, 1990, Bart Klein has served life sciences and telecommunication companies ranging from 50 to 50.000 employees, as in house patent attorney and Head of IP & Licensing/Legal.
Bart left Crucell Holland B.V. where he had served as Executive Vice President IP & Legal for nearly 12 years, one year after the acquisition by Johnson & Johnson, to start his own business.
Bart holds a Masters in Chemical Biology from the University of Utrecht (1988), specializing in Molecular Genetics and Molecular Biology. Bart has extensive experience in the field of agro-, industrial and pharmaceutical biotech, gained during his 25 year employ at companies that were (and still are) leaders in their field at the time.
Bart is working with a network of self-employed professionals and niche firms, that are all renown IP experts in their own right.
